DAY BY DAY

DAY 1

arrival day

The evening will begin with a welcome reception and introductions, followed by an opening session where we will introduce the retreat and the theme "Finding Joy in the Journey."

Day 2

full day of sessions

The day will start with an exploration of the Hero's Journey, helping participants understand their path. We will then delve into the Alchemy of Happiness and examine the anatomy of the soul. The afternoon will continue with teachings from Imam Ghazali and practical exercises. The day will conclude with a group activity for reflection and an evening session on the seven stages of self-development.

wrap-up & departure

The final day will focus on applying the learnings, connecting them to personal and professional goals. The retreat will conclude with a closing session for reflection and sharing, followed by farewells and departures by noon.

Day 1:At the Threshold/Arrival

This journey belongs to no one but you; however, no one successfully goes at it alone. Meet up with the coaches and cohort and cross the threshold into your own personal, professional and spiritual growth journey.

Day 2: THE AWAKENING

Life is not a problem to be solved but a mystery to be lived! Today, we facilitate experiences and conversations that will help you awaken to the infinite potential that is you.

DAY 3: THE ABYSS AND REVELATION

As you enter into the abyss to slay your personal dragons, through activities, 1-on-1 time with the coaches, and group experiences, we guide you to analyze your life’s fires and explore their creative, inspirational, and transformational power.

DAY 4: THE TRANSFORMATION

During the Transformation phase of the journey, we help you learn how to incorporate the new skills, maturity and confidence you’ve uncovered into your new self.

DAY 5: CELEBRATION / THE RETURN

today we celebrate the journey you’ve undertaken as you ready yourself to return and bring back your gift to the world…until your next Hero’s Journey!

Arrive in Pereira, say hello to new friends, and get ready for a transformative adventure! Over the next few days, you'll crisscross old streets beneath the colorful walls of the Salento, sample local coffee, and be blown away by the unlock your infinite potential.
